G.I.T.A. Student Shines At International Forum

The British Council introduced the International Climate Change Project in 2008 and young minds were recruited as International Climate Champions from all over the world. India then had 50 representatives whose numbers have grown over the years. For the first time in Odisha, Mr. Vineet Chhatria, of Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement (G.I.T.A.), Bhubaneswar has made it through the tough selection process of the above said project and has been selected as an International Climate Champion for the year 2010-2011. He will be representing India at Sanghai as part of Youth Forum on Climate Finance with such International participation in the process. Vineet, a native of Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi, Odisha happens to be a strong minded individual who through his sheer hard work and impeccable creativity has brought accolades to his family, his college and his state. Gandhi Institute for Technological Advancement (G.I.T.A.) which introduced the Business English Certification Programme in collaboration with the British Council, Kolkata, has in fact been instrumental in providing her students with such a platform for showcasing their talent. We wish Vineet all success in his future endeavor.
